Fall Savings discounts hit World of Warcraft: Midnight pre-purchase and more
Blizzard has kicked off a limited-time “Fall Savings” promotion that targets a broad slice of World of Warcraft content and account services, running from now through November 2 (with Blizzard noting the sale ends at 10:00 am PST on November 3, 2026). For MacGaming.com readers, the big takeaway is simple: if you’ve been waiting to pick up World of Warcraft: Midnight, stock up on boosts, or grab a few transmogs, Blizzard is putting a lot of the popular items on sale at once.
As always, Mac players should check current client requirements and platform support on Blizzard’s official listings before purchasing—this promotion announcement focuses on the deals and does not make new platform-support claims.
Up to 50% off World of Warcraft: Midnight (Blizzard)
According to Blizzard, World of Warcraft: Midnight is discounted by 50% during the event. Blizzard’s post frames Midnight around a return to Quel’Thalas, new and reimagined zones, and a Light vs. Void conflict involving Xal’atath, alongside the headline feature of Housing.
Blizzard says Midnight is available in three editions—Base, Heroic, and Epic—and that all editions include an Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost and Housing access.
Boosts and services discounts: modern WoW and Classic Anniversary
Blizzard is also discounting character boosts and a set of paid services. For modern World of Warcraft, Blizzard lists:
• 33% off the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost (one-time boost to level 80), which Blizzard says includes item level 102 gear, four 30-slot bags plus one 32-slot reagent bag, and five customizable dragon mounts with Skyriding.
• Up to 30% off select game services, including Name Changes, Race Changes, Faction Change Packs, and Paid Character Transfers. Blizzard notes these packs are also available via the Battle.net shop or the in-game Shop button on the character select screen, and adds that characters can’t be transferred between World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Forever, and World of Warcraft Classic games.
For World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, Blizzard says select services are discounted through November 2 as well, including:
• 33% off the Level 58 Character Boost (Anniversary), which Blizzard says includes level-appropriate gear and weapon skills, a race-specific mount, Apprentice Riding, access to select flight paths, and bags.
• 30% off Classic Name Change (Anniversary).
Transmog and cosmetic bundles: Cozy Kobolds, Lana’thel, and Heavenly Regalia
The sale leans heavily into cosmetics too, and Blizzard is calling out multiple discounted sets:
• 30% off the Cozy Kobold Collection and standalone items. Blizzard lists four romper color variants in the bundle (Tan, Pink, Blue, Brown) and a set of individual pieces like the hood, pullover, belt, sweatpants, slippers, mittens, and backpack.
• 30% off Lana’thel’s Crimson Couture, a Lana’thel-inspired transmog set that Blizzard says includes items like the Crimson Crown, Mantle, Vestments, Belt, Legguards, Sarong, Treads, and Gloves.
• 40% off the Heavenly Regalia Pack, which Blizzard says includes two ensemble variants: “Shining Vestments of the Heavens” and “Radiant Vestments of the Heavens.”
What Mac players should watch for
Sales like this are a good excuse to review what you actually need—particularly when it comes to services like transfers and faction/race changes, which can add up quickly. If you’re planning a return for Midnight, Blizzard’s inclusion of a Level 80 boost in every edition may influence whether you also need the discounted standalone boost. And if you’re actively playing across modern WoW and Classic Anniversary, be careful to buy the correct service for the correct game environment, since Blizzard’s post includes multiple availability restrictions.
